Moshe Feldenkrais
Israeli physicist, athlete, author, and educator, developed the Method, as a result of disabling knee injury and after teaching himself to walk without pain by improving his kinesthetic awareness with effective movement and thus his ability to sense, feel and coordinate easy he began teaching other his unique method of “ learning how to learn”. The Feldenkrais Method is an approach to improve people’s ability to learn and to function through simulating the explorative natural style of infant learning . The method enable the person to include body part never before considered in one’s image of movement and to experience how the body cooperate in any motion. This change our self- image in a very potent way.
